1. YouTube API Services

AIPARK Channel Ops uses YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API, YouTube Analytics API and YouTube Reporting API). By using AIPARK Channel Ops you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).

2. Who uses it

AIPARK Channel Ops is an internal tool. Its only users are members of AIPARK CO.,LTD., and the only YouTube accounts connected to it are the channels that AIPARK CO.,LTD. owns.

3. Information we access, collect and store

• OAuth tokens for our own channels, granted by the channel owner. They are stored only on a company workstation and are never shared.
• Our own channels' data: video metadata and status (title, description, tags, privacy and scheduled time), playlists, captions we upload, and analytics/reporting data (views, watch time, average view percentage, subscribers gained or lost, impressions and click-through rate).
• Comments on our own videos: comment ID, video ID, time, like count and comment text, used to reply to viewers. We do not store commenters' names or channel handles.
• Public YouTube data for research: search results and public statistics of public videos and channels (titles, view counts, subscriber counts).

We do not collect any other personal information, we do not use cookies or tracking in AIPARK Channel Ops, and we do not access data from any YouTube account other than our own channels.

4. How we use the information

Only to operate our own channels: finishing uploads and schedules, verifying that schedules were saved correctly, replying to comments on our own videos, reviewing our own channel performance, and planning future videos.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share information obtained through YouTube API Services with any third party. It is used only inside AIPARK CO.,LTD.

6. Storage and deletion

• Public data obtained for research, downloaded report files and comment lists are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Our own channels' analytics summaries are used for internal weekly reviews.
• When a channel's authorization is revoked, its token is deleted from our workstation and no further data is accessed.
• To request deletion of any data related to you (for example, a comment you wrote on our videos that we stored for replying), email aipark@aipark.ai; we delete it within 7 days.

7. Revoking access

A channel owner can revoke AIPARK Channel Ops' access at any time on the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
